Pet Declaration Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pet Declaration. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please review the guidelines below for returning or exchanging your unused urn(s). You must contact us at support@petdeclaration.com

Return Window

• Standard Return Period: You may return or exchange unused urns within twenty (20) days of the original shipping date (as indicated in your shipping confirmation email).
• Beyond 20 Days: Returns or exchanges requested after the 20-day window will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• The urn(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• The urn(s) must not have been used to store pet ashes.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. You can expect the full purchase price (minus any non-refundable shipping charges) to be credited to your account once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges (for Same Value)

If you are exchanging an item for one of the same dollar amounts as the original purchase, you will not incur additional shipping or handling charges, provided the original item is returned and received by Pet Declaration within the 20-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

• Any urn that has been used or filled with pet ashes.
• Items that have been damaged by the customer.
• Expedited shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error made by Pet Declaration.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Before mailing your item, please send an email to support@petdeclaration.com to inform us of your return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirmation.
2. Prepare Package: Securely package your item(s).
3. Ship: Mail your package using a prepaid, insured, traceable shipping method (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to the address below. We recommend retaining your tracking number for your records.
