Return Policy

For the consumers:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused urn(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within twenty (20) days of the shipping date (the date indicated in the shipping confirmation email) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred if the item(s) originally purchased is/are returned to Pet Declaration within twenty (20) days of the order shipment date. We do not accept a return/exchange for an order after the first twenty (20) days of the order shipment date.

Please note the following exclusions on returns, refunds, and exchange:

• Any urn that has been used/filled with Pet Ashes
• Items damaged by the customer
• Expedited shipping charges (Not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf)
